The convention complex at Kuril whose halls and Expo Zone host Dhaka's big indoor rock concerts.
ICCB is the convention complex at Kuril, and its large halls and Expo Zone have become the usual home for the city's indoor rock concerts — Dhaka Rock Fest, Legacy of Rock 'n' Roll and The Ultimate Rock Fest among them, with bands such as Warfaze and Aurthohin.
After crowd trouble at Dhaka Summer Con in July 2023, ICCB banned concerts indefinitely and 26 shows were cancelled; the ban was lifted within weeks once organisers agreed to more security staff and new entry arrangements.
It is a convention centre first, so most days the halls hold trade fairs and exhibitions. Concerts come through promoters, who announce the hall, the gate time and the tickets.
