Uttara's open-air stage at Sangam Square, rebuilt and reopened in August 2025 — new-year shows, festivals and cultural nights in the north of the city.
Mugdho Mancha is an outdoor stage at Sangam Square in Sector 7, Uttara, owned by the Dhaka North City Corporation. The site had been used for events since 2016; the stage was inaugurated in March 2022, then rebuilt and reopened on 4 August 2025.
It gives the north of the city a stage of its own. Bangla new-year and national-day programmes, cultural festivals, street-theatre festivals and film screenings are held here, without the trip across town to Dhanmondi or Shahbagh.
